In a landmark event for the community, our NGO hosted a Gender Identity & Rights Forum that brought together activists, educators, youth, and parents for an open discussion about gender equality, social inclusion, and human rights.

The forum included personal testimonies from transgender individuals, expert talks on gender-based discrimination, and a panel discussion on legal protections for gender-diverse people in Sri Lanka. Participants shared stories, asked questions, and explored ways to make their communities more inclusive.

One of the key takeaways was the importance of empathy, education, and allyship in creating lasting change. The forum concluded with a collective pledge to advocate for equal rights and dignity for people of all gender identities.
